The treatment agent of circulating cooling water system can effectively prevent equipment scaling
The treatment agent of circulating cooling water system can effectively prevent scaling of equipment, prevent heat transfer from being hindered due to scale accumulation, increase energy consumption and reduce production load;
Scaling: refers to the inorganic substances dissolved or suspended in water, which are deposited on the metal surface due to various reasons.
The cooling water is rich in unstable salts such as calcium bicarbonate. When heated on the heat exchange tube wall, it turns into dense hard scale such as calcium carbonate, which is regularly deposited on the tube wall. Its heat transfer efficiency is only about 1% of that of carbon steel. That is, if 0.5 mm thick hard scale is deposited on the heat exchange tube wall, it is equivalent to an increase of 50 mm in the wall thickness of the heat exchange tube, which seriously hinders the normal heat transfer, increases energy consumption, and thus greatly affects the production load, or even shuts down.
The treatment agent of circulating cooling water system can reduce the growth of slime and soft dirt and hinder heat transfer; Reduce equipment corrosion, especially pitting accidents;
Obstruction of heat transfer: mucus generated by microbial propagation and metabolism (as viscous as glue) is intertwined with suspended solids in circulating water (entering of make-up water, entering of air dust from cooling tower exhaust cooling water washing) and microbial corpses. It adheres to the equipment wall with water flow, and soon forms a slippery dirt layer, which is called loose and porous soft dirt on the surface. The soft dirt attached to the heat exchange tube wall is a poor conductor of heat (the thermal conductivity is very small, only 1% of that of stainless steel), so it will cause a significant decline in the heat exchange effect and affect the production load.
